I have purchased 6 (yes 6) vehicles from Toyota of Santa Cruz. First two were from Cynthia (who is now in service) and the rest from her husband Chuck, I FULLY agree that there are less than desirable salespeople on the lot; that is why I stick with Chuck. He is real and lets me know exactly what I can afford and what to expect. He has even talked me out of a vehicle when he knew it would be more than I could handle even though I wanted more than life it self. I advise any one who feels they are being taken advantage of or who feels uncomfortable to ask for Chuck or better yet, ask for Julie the sales manager. There is PLENTY of competition out there and no one needs to feel abused when putting out that kinda of money. Let Chuck or Julie know you your not happy and they will do every thing they can to help you understand the process and make sure your are happy with your purchase. more

We shopped around for a new Toyota all around the bay area and found the best price and no hassle negotiation with Jeff (Internet Sales) @ SC Toyota. We had an awesome experience and would recommend Jeff to anyone who wants to get to the chase with Price and what they can or cant do for you. Save me tons of time and money :). We have purchased many cars through out my life but I got to say this was probably the best experience I have ever had. We drove up from Dublin to SC to finalize the deal. Thank you Jeff! more

I regularly come to the dealership to get my '94 Camry serviced here. The guys & gals at the service counter are nice. Ty Rose & Terry has been very helpful. I do have an old car and I understand that there are many repairs to be done, the people at the counter always take their time explaining this to me & I appreciate it. more

We have purchased three cars from Toyota of Santa Cruz over the past 3 years. I will most likely stick with Toyota simply because this dealership is amazing. Julie Frugoli and Greg Audino are by far the best in the business. The finance manager even drove my new floor mats over the hill to Gilroy for me! I mean, they really, really try to please their customers. more

Toyota Santa Cruz has done most of the routine factory-recommended maintenance on my 06 Highlander Hybrid for about 60,000 miles. I've had about 4 years of experience with their service department. more

we bought our Certified Sequoia there and we love it!! They recently expanded their service facility and we did not need an appointment to smog it. The service people said ""Just bring it in!"". I thought that was great!! more

our family have owned Toyotas for the past 20 years, all were purchased from Toyota of Santa Cruz, the sales staff are the greatest and I just need to say I LOVE..LOVE..LOVE.. My new Vensa, out of all the different cars and trucks we owned this is the most comfortable and the gas use is the best. I went to phoenix on 1 1/3 tanks of gas. The service is great as well. Thanks Toyota!! more
