Do not take your dogs here!! It is filthy and smells. It is obvious they don't pay any attention to your dogs even though you pay for these playtimes daily. Our dogs were a mess (both physically and emotionally) when we picked them up. We were not allowed to view the kenneling area-red flag!! One of our dogs needed emergency surgery from an infected anal gland within days of picking him up after staying here for 8 days. This tells me they weren't let out often enough to bathroom regularly. I am new to the area and made the mistake of reserving this place solely based on our vets recommendation. I dropped them off on my way to the airport and didn't feel good about it. After picking them up in the condition they were and the owner brought our dogs to our car so we couldn't go inside I regretted taking them to this facility. It is so bad I will probably change vets because if he recommends this place what kind of vet is he.......
