AMAZING SERVICE!!! Reading the past remarks from past customers makes me really understand how lazy America is! These people complain about cleaning a vehicle you have had for a week or so. I wish they could explain to me how you can mess a car up that bad in a short amount of time that you can't wipe the vehicle down inside and out and sweep? People are also complaining about the security deposit. I have never been to a vacation rental that has not held some sort of security deposit, IT'S THE SAME THING! Like a said people cease to amaze me!! I have rented through this company a dozen of times and have never had a problem. They are all so polite and explained everything up front. They thank me all the time because I bring the vehicles back clean! (very appreciative). They have even dropped my security deposit amount because I do what I'm simply told!!! Which brings me to my point as to why all the negative posts anger me. And let me tell you I have had my few times where I did not get all my security deposit back and that was because I went over my FREE mileage. (which people do not mention in the previous posts.) Plus the people complaining about the high prices, well I pay at least 3 times a year and I expect paying that price for how nice and luxurious the vehicles are. I typically stick to the conversion vans just because my colleagues and I travel for business reasons. HIGH RECOMMENDATIONS!!
