I had some issues booking an appointment here. First I called and no one returned my phone call. Then I tried again and spoke to someone that I could barely understand who assured me I must see Michel because he is the best in san diego she said. I went in for my apt for a color and cut and he was 30 minutes late with no apology or previous notification that he was running late. His assistant seated me and asked me what color I wanted, I was a little taken aback because I thought I had an appointment with michel. I was telling her my hair issue when halfway through michel walked over and told her to go shampoo someone. He spoke to me very briefly and acted as if he were in a hurry. He came off very arrogant and I was never fully able to finish explaining my concerns. A different assistant applied my color, and again I felt like she was in a rush.Then, another assistant (3 different people) washed me and asked if I would like to pay 40.00 to have my hair blown dry! I told her I had scheduled a haircut with Michel and she said he was running behind and could not do my haircut today, but she would blow dry my hair for 40 dollars if I wanted to see the color. Honestly, It was a really weird salon experience. I had an appointment with michel and 3 people different people ended up doing me and not one of them was michel! I would have understood if they had notified me in advance that they were running behind but I felt like I was thrown in to a hectic situation without the option to refuse.
