I paid Russell Automotive over $1200 for a tuneup and a few minornrepairs on my 2002 Mitsubishi Montero. Had to bring it back as they did not put the correct plugs in it. The, approx 1 month later the radiator malfunctioned and it ran hot. I had it towed to Russell Automotive and after paying another $400+ I was told it needed heads. I requested they not fix it and I had it picked up but Russell parked it where a wrecker could not get to it and they refused to help push it to the street so it could be picked up, I frlt after paying them over $1600 the least they could do is help push it to the streets. I had it taken back to Alabama after Russell wanted anouther $2500 to fix it. The place I had it taken said that the block had a problem and that it should not have been repairede. I had a used engine put in it and it is doing great. I do not recommend anyone have their automobile repaired at Russell Automotive.
