Read us someone else's file information because they didn't look at the client information and compare it to the info she had made me recite and spell for her TWICE. Also tried to collect a past due balance from me based on that person's file. Sharing medical info = illegal. Revealing financial information = illegal. Idiots.
Their communication skill are TERRIBLE. Scheduling appointments 3-4 months out (to put it in the following year) because they ""only take a certain number of appointments with that insurance company"" each year. Then not sending appointment reminders or even a phone call. Didn't communicate that we needed an authorization from our insurance provider for this appointment until 30 minutes before the appointment .... takes three days to get an authorization card.
Disrespectful. Called to talk to the manager - I've had enough! She focused on telling me I was wrong about everything instead of validating my irritation. She made NO attempt to acknowledge that my frustration was legitimate and justified.
We won't be back. My personal and financial information isn't safe with them, and they obviously don't give a s**t about my kids, nor their glasses.
