I AM GOING TO HAVE TO AGREE WITH THE OTHER TWO COMMENTS ON THIS PAGE. I LOVE THE DOCTORS, HAVE SEEN BOTH OF THEM AND THEY ARE VERY KIND AND CARING AND I GUESS THAT'S WHY I GO BACK. BUT I HATE GOING THERE BECAUSE THE WOMEN THAT WORK FOR THEM ARE HORRIBLE. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE A NOBODY AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE FOR ME AND MY CHILDREN TO GO BECAUSE NOBODY SHOULD EVER HAVE TO FEEL THE WAY THAT THESE PEOPLE MAKE YOU FEEL. I THINK THE DOCTORS NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THERE JOB AND NOT JUST A PAY CHECK.\r I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANTED TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP. more

My family has been going there for 15 years. The optometrist is wonderful, but most of the front ladies seem less than enthused to be there, and there is one particular lady (the one that works in the back w/ the glasses) that is horrible, rude and disrespectful. I'm pretty sure she is that way towards us because we are on Badgercare. She constantly talks to me like I am an idiot and acts like I am less than her. Dr. John would be better off without this rude worker. I am SURE she has lost him business!! more

Not sure why the other person is talking about, im sure if there was an insurance problem it was because of their insurance not Eye Care Professionals. But my whole family (mom, dad, sister, grandpa and me) have had excellent service and Dr Knuth is a wonderful doctor and human being. And one plus is their eye/retinal scan that helps minute changes of the eye which is benificial in picking up growths, tumors and any changes in the eye very early on. This has been very good for my mom to keep her eyes healthy because of her diabetis. The staff is also very helpful and Dr Knuth is always very helpful and concerned for each one of his patients. If you're looking for an eye docor, he is the best so look no further! ~Marissa R. more

I recently had an exam with Dr Knuth and couldn't be happier with the service. I had several questions that John and his staff helped me with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend them! more

Irresponsible hacks. Read us someone else's file information because they didn't look at the client information and compare it to the info she had made me recite and spell for her TWICE. Also tried to collect a past due balance from me based on that person's file. Sharing medical info = illegal. Revealing financial information = illegal. Idiots. Their communication skill are TERRIBLE. Scheduling appointments 3-4 months out (to put it in the following year) because they ""only take a certain number of appointments with that insurance company"" each year. Then not sending appointment reminders or even a phone call. Didn't communicate that we needed an authorization from our insurance provider for this appointment until 30 minutes before the appointment .... takes three days to get an authorization card. Disrespectful. Called to talk to the manager - I've had enough! She focused on telling me I was wrong about everything instead of validating my irritation. She made NO attempt to acknowledge that my frustration was legitimate and justified. We won't be back. My personal and financial information isn't safe with them, and they obviously don't give a s**t about my kids, nor their glasses.
