We had ordered an arrangement using pro-flower, however Greenbrier Florist got the order wrong and sent the wrong order, they left the order on the front door without knocking even though we were home. After calling the florist and telling them that the order was incorrect they said a new delivery would be made 2 days latter which was fine because it was a birthday present and that was the actual birth date. Well the day came and instead of leaving the order like they did last time they left a note of which I called back to the florist to arrange for the driver to come back out, keep in mind this is still over 2 hours before they close. Well they cant do that so they were going to deliver the flowers now a day late and they have to pick up the order that was incorrect in the first place. Never have I had such issues with a florist and never have I had such poor service. Do yourself a favor and skip this florist, or if you order using pro flowers or like company ensure they are not
