We first brought our precious Bichon to WWVC in early September 2004 when she was 10 months old. Dr. Dave Luttinen and his wonderful staff have always taken very competent and compassionate care of our "baby" when she came in for routine care, boarding, or urgent care for much more serious on-going issues. A couple of the medications she needs to take (probably for the rest of her life) have to be obtained from "human" pharmacies. WWVC's Senior Veterinary Assistant negotiated with one of those pharmacies to get a reduction to the price if we ordered two months at a time...her efforts save us $30/month. Another Vet Asst. also went the extra mile to resolve concerns/questions with the food manufacturer about our "baby's" new diet. The staff at WWVC is like family. We wouldn't take our "baby" anywhere else unless we had to in an emergency when WWVC was closed or because they were immersed in helping other people's "babies".
