Horrible customer service!!! I was taking my daughter to the ballet/tap class with Ms.Linda. Kids will be kids and my daughter was having one of those days and Ms.Linda grabbed and picked up my daughter and took her out of the classroom. My daughter was crying and startled when she picked her up. This teacher has no patience with children, is very rude and shouldnt be working with young children. I asked her that if next time there was a problem with my child to let me know I would take care of it. Ms.Linda response was, "Well I'm not the teacher for everyone. And there are other dance studios out there!" I couldnt believe how nasty, rude, and unprofessional she was. I spoke with the owner Terry regarding my complaint and he was even worse. He was rude and didnt acknowledge my concern as a parent. I couldnt believe how rude and insensitive the staff was. They might seem nice and friendly at first but if you have any concerns WATCH OUT!!
