Great doctor but terrible billing dept. They mysteriously have no record of the insurance's payment. And when I call, instead of them trying to figure out what happened on their end and calling me back, they would always tell me to call them back. Everytime I called, I would have to explain everything from the start because no one would know what's going on. It's been over a month since the insurance company sent the payment to them and they still have no record of the payment on their ""new"" system. Talking to a supervisor was useless. I was told I would get a callback the same day from the supervisor but it never happened. They were very unprofessional and their customer service was terrible.
