My hubby and I pop in here for comfort food any time I just don't feel like cooking. His standby is picadillo, and mine is ropa vieja. At under $10 a plate for the meat, rice, beans, plantains...you just can't go wrong. It's delicious, and even better as leftovers (if it lasts that long!). Sometimes we pop in for a glass of wine before we head to the movie next door, and they're always friendly and welcoming. Great place.
