Me encanta la comida del restaurante de las vegas pero lo que no me gusta es que la supervisora del restaurante de Pembrokes Pines no es profesional para nada yo soy una empresaria y fui un dia para comer y esa senora maltrata a los empleados y eso no es correcto y no es profesional. Me encanto la comida y es un lugar muy acojedor pero esa supervisora no parece terner ni un livel de doce grado. No recuerdo el nombre pero parece cubana mulata con el pelo negro y largo y tamano mediano. more

My hubby and I pop in here for comfort food any time I just don't feel like cooking. His standby is picadillo, and mine is ropa vieja. At under $10 a plate for the meat, rice, beans, plantains...you just can't go wrong. It's delicious, and even better as leftovers (if it lasts that long!). Sometimes we pop in for a glass of wine before we head to the movie next door, and they're always friendly and welcoming. Great place. more

I heard great things about this place and after reading the reviews, I gave this place a shot...Las Vegas looked really promising at first, but soon found out that looks could be deceiving. Ordered Caldo de Gallego...they gave me white beans and not the soup!! My wife had a Bistec Empanizado, that thing had more tendons then Arnold Schwarzenegger. We had to wait about 5-7 minutes to eat our food because utensils were not provided. Our waiter decided to go incognito so service kind of matched the food and the bill was pretty pricey...I will not go to Las Vegas again...not the one in Pembroke Pines anyway. more

We go there whenever we have a craving for a good churrasco or palomilla. It's very consistent, family oriented, quick and reasonably-priced neighborhood restaurant. \r \r They're good with takeout, too. more

This place is consistently delicious. The sliced pork is amazing. The 'ropa vieja' or shredded beef is out of this world. The 'churrasco' or flank steak is incredible. And, you will not find a better margarita for miles around. The black beans and white rice are great but I prefer the 'moros' which is black beans, white rice cooked together. For dessert, the flan is great. Far superior to La Carreta in service, quality and price. more

I have been a visitor to the Las Vegas in Plantation countless times. When the restaurant opened in Pembroke Pines I was thrilled as I live in the area. We have visited at least twice a month and taken out of town guests many time. Last month 3 out of the 5 of us \r did not get what we ordered. We said no problem, all the food here is good and it was. Ordered several times by phone for pick up. Hard to get across order to employee as they did not seem to understand English. Food not ready when we arrived , then we got someone else's order! Food not up to usual quality. Pros: This restaurant was good. What happened? Cons: Last two visits have been a disappointment more

I am 110% Cuban. And I have been forced by peer pressure and majority rule, to eat here every time ( total of 4). If you want real cuban food, good cuban food, just go to La Carreta or Pollo tropical. Tastier , better, cheaper! Las Vegas restaurant ,, it just sucks. Food is bad,, and stale, service is crappy and rude. It's all the rage amongst the " Gringos" no offense intended. It's just they think its good food , because they don't how it's suppose to taste like. more

Excellent food and atmosphere found in a regular ol' strip mall. \r \r Cuban food is hard to come by in suburban Chicago so I'm glad we were brought here by friends when visiting.\r \r I had the Chicharones de Pollo al Ajillo (garlic chicken chunks) and as a garlic lover I enjoyed every single bite of it. The mojito was wonderful as well. more
