This is Dr. Wise. I own Vision City and have just recently started reading reviews and feel a need to repond. I want to thank those of you who trust us with your eyes and those of your families. It's a priviledge to serve your needs and we very much appreciate your business. To those of you who have had a poor experience for whatever reason, I sincerely apologize. Do we make mistakes once in a while...unfortunately. Do we try to resolve them...every time. Are we always successful...no we aren't. My staff works very hard and are very conscious of what they are doing and are great. We see thousands and thousands of people every year and for every one person that has a bad experience there are hundreds that don't. Please, this is not to belittle anything in these reviews or disregard any feelings, it's just to reitterate that we are far from perfect. I will promise that if you come into our office, we will take care of you to the best of our abilities and if there is a problem, we will work hard to resolve it. We look forward to seeing you and if you have had a bad experience, I truly wish you would give us another chance. Who knows.... :) more
