I am very pleased with the service I received. I somehow infected my computer with some fake spyware software that kept asking me to register it. It was only after I called PC USA - Computer Repair Miami and they sent a technician that I learned it was a virus and not a real protection program. They were able to clean my system of the problem and now everything works great even faster than before I got the problem.
