PC USA provides an excellent service . 2/19/2012

Had a problem with a broken clip to hold the keyboard to the motherboard. PC USA Computer Repair Service fixed it in about five minutes; the technician showed me how to do it myself if it happens again and did not charge for his time. Hopefully I will not need another repair in a hurry but if I do, I know where to go.\r more

Our laptop had a cracked screen and the keyboard had water damage. I called PC USA Computer Repair Service who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they arranged to call at my home to fix both issues. When the technician arrived, he was very polite, efficient and informative. The price was extremely good value for money and I would 100% recommend this service to everyone. more

I was very impressed with the technician of PC USA Data Recovery Service and the quality of his work. He found the problem with our computer very quickly and got it back to us right away. PC USA is great 2/17/2012

I know a lot about computer. However, I always struggle with ""Mounting the Motherboard to the case"" without causing a short. To know this, I consulted with a technician from PC USA. The technician used his tools to diagnose the problem and was able to get the motherboard up and running. The best thing about PC USA is that they do not charge much especially for some who cannot afford much. They understand the principle of honesty. I would recommend PC USA to anyone who needs great but affordable computer service. more

PC USA Repair was able to take an old computer we thought was done for and got it to last at least another year. This saved us quite a bit. They also advised us on our new computer, came and set it up and transferred all our necessary data to the new one making the transition as painless as possible. Great Job! more

I called this company PC USA Computer Repair Service from searching the internet and they called me right back within an hour. We stayed on the phone for about 3hours until we solved the problem. After checking a computer for a moment, PC USA technicians can understand what wrong going with the computer is. Few days ago, my computer was not working all on a sudden and I could not figure out the problem. When I took it to PC USA computer repair center, they figured out the problem within 2 minutes and repaired it within the same day. I was pleased enough with their great service. I had to exchange a power unit in one of my computer, I literally walked in the door of PC USA, and they exchanged the power unit for me at a very reasonable price. Another day, I needed a fire wire cable and they sold it to me from their stock and charged a fair amount. I am very grateful to this computer repair service. Thank you PC USA.. ? more

Good service 2/14/2012

\r Once my computer started shutting down by itself. Some people were saying it was because of keeping my computer overcharged and some were saying some programs from my computer might got deleted for this issue. I was so worried thinking about others saying and started searching in Google to find a good computer service center. Then I found so many positive reviews written on PC USA and determined to go there with my problematic computer. The technician was awesome, effective and very professional. He solved the problem and made my computer faster than before. I was amazed with his work and attitude. Thank you so much PC USA. My experience with this company PC USA was the best. How many Computer Repair Services take the time on the phone to find out what your problem is before ordering parts and then sending out a technician? I now have the right parts at a good price and the nice technician took the time to make sure the problem was solved before leaving. If I ever have another problem, I will certainly call them again. more
