I hosted a table for 12 for a friend's birthday. The service was slow. The waiter didn't offer us fresh ground parmesan or pepper. The salad was limp. When the food finally came, it wasn't hot. We ordered coffee afterward and again, it was a long time coming and it was barely warm. The waiter seemed completely flustered and I felt sorry for him. I will not host another event at Macaroni Grill.
