Terrible Service 1/2/2012

I hosted a table for 12 for a friend's birthday. The service was slow. The waiter didn't offer us fresh ground parmesan or pepper. The salad was limp. When the food finally came, it wasn't hot. We ordered coffee afterward and again, it was a long time coming and it was barely warm. The waiter seemed completely flustered and I felt sorry for him. I will not host another event at Macaroni Grill. more

What you expect but they shoved all families with toddlers/babies into the back together, like a sort of baby shtetl. 1/13/2007

Average Mac Grill service and food, sometimes great, sometimes just not as good as before. Service is either terrific or it's a newbie who clearly wasn't trained well who screws the whole damn thing up.\r I had my car broken into in DAYLIGHT hours when having an early supper last summer. Manager wa nice about helping me clean up all the broken glass. Pros: You can go to Whole Foods after dinner and spend a fortune.
