Tried this spa since it's close to home. What a disappointment. Felt like I was an inconvenience and definitely not a priority. Was notified that my appt had to be rescheduled 5min before appt time (I was sitting in parking lot when I got the call). The receptionist was not apologetic, nor did she try to smooth things over--basically ""do you want to reschedule your appt or not?"" At next appt I was ignored and left waiting in waiting area for 15 min after the start time of my appt. Massage was actually good but I will never go back due to the horrible cust. serv--esp when Abq has so many other spas to choose from.
