Horrible Customer Service/Front Desk Recep Rude 1/8/2012

Tried this spa since it's close to home. What a disappointment. Felt like I was an inconvenience and definitely not a priority. Was notified that my appt had to be rescheduled 5min before appt time (I was sitting in parking lot when I got the call). The receptionist was not apologetic, nor did she try to smooth things over--basically ""do you want to reschedule your appt or not?"" At next appt I was ignored and left waiting in waiting area for 15 min after the start time of my appt. Massage was actually good but I will never go back due to the horrible cust. serv--esp when Abq has so many other spas to choose from. more

I found that Paris Med Spa has very poor customer service. The receptionist is very rude. I do not recommend more

The owner is very arrogant and lacks basic customer service skills. The staff, with her in the lead, is pushy when it comes to sales of their products. Makes the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. Be prepared to face problems when changing your reservation, even in emergency situations. Will absolutely never go back to that place. more

Diane Sanchez, nurse injector, has the best needle in\r town! Not only is she an artist, but really focuses on pain managment, too. LUSH RELAXING SPA.... I LEFT FEELING AND LOOKING BEAUTIFUL! 5/2/2010

This medispa is top of the line. The nurse, aesthetician and massage therapist are all great.\r \r I never have Botox as great as Diane gives and her Restylane/Perlane talents are excellent too. I would bring my mother and sisters here in a second and would recommend to every friend.\r Plenty of parking, no shortage of pampering. The women who work at Paris Spa Medical clearly love what they do.\r \r Go to Paris and have a great time! Pros: EXCELLENT Botox, Restylane, Facial, Massage! Cons: I don't live in Albuquerque so I can't go every week! more

class and elegant 3/18/2010

This place is so elegant and decorated with class.\r I was referred by a friend and made an appointment for Botox and went in and was in awe of the place.\r \r The chandelier they have in the main lobby is so beautiful.\r Ms. Lisa offered me something to drink while I waited for my appt. I went in for my treatment and got my Botox in a clean and sterile environment.\r She explained what she was doing and what to do \r to make sure the Botox lasts. My frown is gone and I am so happy, I am addicted.\r Gotta go.\r Anway, I want a massage next, but I am afraid I may not be able to get up after one!\r \r Defiinately a good pick! Pros: Pampered! Cons: wish I had more procedures more
