I attended countless interviews with various agencies and directly with employers for nearly two years, but my job search was in vain. In late August 2011, Global Insight called me, I did the same interview, filled out the same paper work, actually, I did the same process as the other agencies. The big difference was that a few weeks later they called me to offer me a contract. It was only a month, but it got extended and I ended up working for four months. This contract was not even finished when they started looking for another opportunity for me. I got another contract that unfortunately did not work, but immediately I got another one which was better because is a longer term contract. All this was done in about 3 weeks from the end of my first contract. Of course that also has a lot to do with what a good employee I am ... since I worked well, they did not stop until they got me a great job in return for my exellent work.
