The place that I've affiliated with was located on Silvery Lane. Anyway, as others have stated, horrible customer service. I would wait on hold forever to speak with my biller because they did not have voicemail. This was a couple of years ago and I have since gone to in house billing, so I'm not sure of pbsb's status to date. My biller was nice, but the manager's and owner were very rude.
Instead of thinking that disgruntled former employees are writing bad reviews, maybe consider that these are real and honest reviews from former clients. The only positive reviews are clearly from employees.
