My father recently stopped using this company for his medical billing (He owns a local urgent care center). We were constantly calling to resolve billing mistakes that our biller made. Whenever we asked to speak to a manager, we usually spoke with Denise, who, like the other reviewer stated, is VERY condescending. Teri ( the owner) never seemed to be in, so we were never able to speak with her and she never returned our phone calls. Everyone there answers the phone like we are bothering them when we call! IT""S A CALL CENTER! Isn't it your JOB to answer the phone and help the caller?? The billers are pure lazy. When I visited the facility to drop off our billing info, the phone was ringing off the hook, though there is a room filled with people and telephones on their desks! I tried to speak with Teri and she blew me off and I was left to speak with the HR manager instead! RUDE!
I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy. They should hire people who are grateful to have a job, and not seemed irritated that someone called and asked them to do their job! And the managers need to get the sticks out of their cracks! You don't run the world, just a bad business!
