Communication, customer service, and accountability (for themselves) is a huge problem. There is NO RESPECT for OWNERS! Highly unprofessional in the way they speak to Owners, attire, office appearance, writtent communication, accounting practices, etc. If you are a homeowner, I suggest you start working with your Board to get rid of this management company. They don't send out billing notices until after a year of one missed payment, but they will charge you for that one year of late fees. Once you try to dispute/reason with the employees at CBM, they get on the defensive and engage in power games. They tell Owners that the Board gave them the authority to do what they want. Basically, they use the ""you have to go through me"" power struggle. I agree, I hope none of you ever have to deal with this company. Get rid of them or run as far away from CBM as you can!!!!
