Mrs. Fisher upon reading your review, I did look into you experience with Carpet Den Interiors as you stated. Steven Cannon was your Sales Rep and has worked in the flooring business for over 15 years, this includes hardwood, tile, carpet, vinyl, etc.
As you know you were out of town and Steven made every effort to select for you the best product to fit your request and mailed those samples to you. The carpeting that you paid for had a total of $2525.89 for your 1400 square feet.
The cuts you refer to are required due to the many angles in your home, the stairs you reference had been previously installed with a waterfall look and per your request we replaced with the new carpet, and when you did express a problem with a seam issue on the stairs we came back out quickly and fixed the issue. At the time of final completion you were happy and satisfied.
