They let my dog starve! Before dropping my 54 pound dog off, they assured me that they would feed him his special dog food, but when I picked him up, his dog food had never been opened. When I got him home, he ate 2 days worth of food in less than 3 minutes! I called to complain and they made up a lot of excuses. They also overcharged me. When they sent me a refund check, it was made out to my dog! My attempts to collect my money has been in vain. A woman named Paige hangs up on me every time I call. If you love your pet, don't leave them at Bed & Biscuit in Westfield!
