I am not impressed. This place is under new management or something b/c they lost my pet records, then ask me to re-fax them, then tell me they didn't receive it and I saved my fax receipt! I can only imagine if they are disorganized at the paperwork what care the animals must receive here. Time for me to research a better organized facility! more

Best Kennel I have been to 3/27/2012

The lady below obviously has no idea what she is talking about. I have taken my dogs to B&B for years now. I always feel at ease when I leave my two dogs here knowing they are in good care. Every time I pull up to the kennel I always see dogs running in the yard playing. Both of my pups come home worn out and sleep for at least 2 days! I can always get a hold of the staff easy when I call to make appointments and they always are friendly. If you haven't taken your dogs here before I suggest you give it a try. more

Worst kennel and rudest staff ever!!! 1/13/2012

They let my dog starve! Before dropping my 54 pound dog off, they assured me that they would feed him his special dog food, but when I picked him up, his dog food had never been opened. When I got him home, he ate 2 days worth of food in less than 3 minutes! I called to complain and they made up a lot of excuses. They also overcharged me. When they sent me a refund check, it was made out to my dog! My attempts to collect my money has been in vain. A woman named Paige hangs up on me every time I call. If you love your pet, don't leave them at Bed & Biscuit in Westfield! more

Amazing 3/5/2011

This kennel is amazing! After taking my dog here i would never go anywhere else. She always comes home happy and tired from playing at the kennel while i am away. Great prices and friendly staff that is very helpful all the time. more

Great Kennel! 7/7/2010

We have been taking our dogs to Bed & Biscuit since we moved to Carmel seven years ago. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. When we leave town we always have the peace of mind of knowing that our dogs are safe, happy, and well cared for. And we love the rural setting! Best kennel we've ever used! more

Dog struck by car! 1/8/2009

Never go here! A few years ago Bed and Biscuit let our toy poodle out and she was struck by a car on SR 32. They said she had managed to dig underneath two fences and escape, this from a 10 lb dog that had never dug in her life. Regardless, clear negligence. Never take your dog here, the might end up like ours. more

Best Kennel in Indianapolis area 10/14/2008

Bed and Biscuit is the best kennel we have ever taken our dogs to. We have 3 dogs and they love going to the kennel they always have a great time, come home happy and tired :) Everyone is so nice and always helpful when I ask questions or need something special for my pets. We love it because we know they are safe and having a great time while we are on vacation, so are they. When we come back they are groomed and clean, they even washed our bedding!!!!Great country setting too!!! We always tell our friends and will never take our pets anywhere else by choice....OH and we use their dog park too my dogs love playing in the pond. more
