I would have to disagree with the previous post. I am a graduate of the program. I received a ton of hands on experience. Typically we were in the kitchen about 80% of the day cooking and playing with food, thats how you learn to cook. There is a ton information thrown at you in the nine month that your there but thatâ??s the idea! Get the knowledge, develop your skills and get to work. As far as the drug use, not sure about that since there are random drug test done here, Just like in the real working world. I feel that for the time your there, the cost of the program, and the amount of food your exposed to its well worth checking out.
