3 days ago we moved into an Orange Park rental home arranged by Eddie Kellar and we are very pleased with all of his help and with all that transpired since we first met him in December.\r

Today we suspected that we had a problem with our heating/AC unit and I sent a text to Eddie asking for his assistance when he had an opportunity. Not only did he immediately answer my text, he also arranged for an HVAC tech to call me within 10 minutes of my text. The tech was at our house in less than 20 minutes to check the system. The tech that Eddie sent was very nice and extremely informative about the particular system in our rental home.\r

Now THAT'S great customer service all away around!!!\r

I will be very glad to recommend Eddie and River Oak Realty to anyone I know of who is moving to this area.\r
