Clock non-repair shop 1/12/2012

Swinging Pendulum is rude and incompetent. They required payment in full before attempting to fix the clock. Eleven months later after several phone calls asking if it was done yet, they said it was fixed. We picked the clock up and the minute hand and hour hand did not move. I returned the clock and was told it would be fixed in a week or two. Three months later (total of 14 months they have had the clock. We were quoted 10 to 12 weeks) after multiple calls again we were told the clock was ready. When we hung it on the wall, the minute and hour hands worked, but the cuukoo's are not activated on the half hour or hour. 14 months and $219.42 later I still don't have a working cuukoo clock. Craig (the owner and repairman, has always been polite, however, his sales help was very rude to my wife and me and told me that she refuses to fix the clock and that it is my problem. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CLOCK HERE FOR REPAIRS. more
