I contacted these guys to install some plantation shutters in my home. I called twice and was promised a return call. I should have walked away then. They never called me back so I had to send my wife to see them to discuss what she wanted. But my wife liked what they discussed and she set up an appointment for them to come to my home. They cancelled and I was told they would call to reschedule - they never called back. I called three more times trying to get them to come out. I spoke to them in person and left messages but not ONE call back. Save yourself the time and trouble and look elsewhere - these guys have no consideration for other people's time.
