I had a few gift certificates for Highland Park Housekeeping. I called the number on the certificate, and the woman who answered the phone, did not identify herself, and was extremely short with me, told me to go to their website to book an appointment. Right off the bat, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.
Thankfully, the website is super user-friendly. The team that came out was great. They were nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely be using this company again, and I will specifically be asking for the same team I had again because they were so good.
I think the woman answering the phone could have been nicer, and maybe even offered to take my information as well as letting me know about their easy-to-use website.
