Highland Park Housekeeping

This was the worse experience we have ever had as a customer. A friend gave us a voucher that we try to redeem following perfectly the instructions on it. When the cleaning crew arrived we gave the voucher to them and they did not know about it but they took it. When our credit card was charged we call to solve the problem but the angry owner with no modals said we did it wrong so we have to pay, (how sweet right?). We asked her for help as we gave the voucher to their maids, but she did not even try to hear our problem. We file a complain with The Better Business Bureau but Jeri the owner just ignore them as she ignored us. Check it your self.... About the cleaning I have to say that it is nothing special, If you want to have your house real clean just do it yourself. They took our money and we had to clean again, we just have this review, we don not want more people having the same problem. more

The cleaning teams that come to the house are great. They are clean, respectful of our things and for the most part are consistent. more

The team arrived on time and worked efficiently. Very happy with the results and liked that they brought their own supplies and equipment. more

I've been using HPH for a while now. Every time the cleaning was great but I've had issues with the cleaners setting off the burglar alarm. This time went smooth. I couldn't be happier. I schedule 2 hours. My husband and I keep the house straightened up but use the cleaning service for the actual cleaning. We don't have kids so it's easier to keep the house in shape. Life has been incredibly busy, so we've been using HPH's services. If this is what's to come, I'm very please, indeed! more

I had a few gift certificates for Highland Park Housekeeping. I called the number on the certificate, and the woman who answered the phone, did not identify herself, and was extremely short with me, told me to go to their website to book an appointment. Right off the bat, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully, the website is super user-friendly. The team that came out was great. They were nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely be using this company again, and I will specifically be asking for the same team I had again because they were so good. I think the woman answering the phone could have been nicer, and maybe even offered to take my information as well as letting me know about their easy-to-use website. more

This was my first time to use HPH and the two ladies did a fabulous job! My 15-year-old oven looked brand new after they got done with it! They showed up on time and worked tirelessly for six hours straight. They were pleasant and took care of my things. My house has never been so clean. After they left, all I could say was "wow". Seriously considering buying a series of cleanings, HPH is great! more

The house was really clean! The people at Highland Park Housekeeping have three hours to clean my house, and they make my house cleaner than I usually have it. They do a great job! I have three kids and a dog but my house has never been cleaner. My mom gave me the service as a gift after a website promotion when I had a baby. We have the same two girls from Highland Park Housekeeping all the time, which is why I'm pleased. They do a good job and know what is expected of them. They deliver every time! We've been using them for about a year. Highland Park Housekeeping is really good and I would recommend them. If there are details not tended to, I can just talk to Jeri and she will take care of the issue! more
