Poor customer service!!! I just got off the phone trying to re-establish service with this company. Allen refused to provide service because service had been canceled once before. What Allen didn't ask or care about is why. At the time my wife cancelled service I had been admitted into the hospital with no ins and could not work. My wife had not worked for 10 yrs prior to this. In other words there was no money to pay for trash service. Now my wife is in ICU on life support and has been since Dec 17th its now Jan 12th. So I stepping into her role, tried to re-establish this service. Allen was quite rude and never even asked why we had cancelled in the first place. He simply said find another company. I hope Allen never falls on hard times his self. I suggest that everyone should find another company. Like Clark Howard says ""Customer no service""
