We had hired there service on March of 2011 and paid for a full year up front on September of 2011 we sold our home and cancelled our service they stated that it would take up to a month to recieve our money back. We have called 14 times and spoke to a answering machine they never returned our call. We sent them a letter no reply. Now it's March 2012 and still have not recieved our refund. I would suggest never doing bussines with this company they are so unprofessional. I also called they head quarters for peach state they said this company was independetly owned. They had no problem taking my money for the full year but did have trouble returning it... more

Customer NO service 1/11/2012

Poor customer service!!! I just got off the phone trying to re-establish service with this company. Allen refused to provide service because service had been canceled once before. What Allen didn't ask or care about is why. At the time my wife cancelled service I had been admitted into the hospital with no ins and could not work. My wife had not worked for 10 yrs prior to this. In other words there was no money to pay for trash service. Now my wife is in ICU on life support and has been since Dec 17th its now Jan 12th. So I stepping into her role, tried to re-establish this service. Allen was quite rude and never even asked why we had cancelled in the first place. He simply said find another company. I hope Allen never falls on hard times his self. I suggest that everyone should find another company. Like Clark Howard says ""Customer no service"" more

Bad service 2/12/2008

Bags of garbage left behind (Only some of the garbage was taken). This is not the first time this has happened. Customer service is rude and slow to respond. I have yet to reach a human the first time I call. I have always had to leave a message during their business hours and wait for someone to call back. Pros: Bill is easy to read. Rude Customer Service Lady and Service 1/23/2008

We put our garbage curbside EVERY Sunday evening because they pick up Mondays. One Monday holiday, I wanted to see if they were still picking up. The lady who always answers the phone said they were 'on schedule'. Four days later, my neighbor and my garbage was still there. I called again and explained she said they were on schedule. She puts me on hold to ask the driver. When she got back on the line, she said the driver said he came by and saw NO garbage bins curbside.This was definitely untrue because it was sitting outside and I have witnesses to prove that.She said, ""Well, we won't come until the next Monday"". I said this was their error and we can't wait until next week because the garbage is completely full. She said there was nothing they could do about it. Her tone was extremely nasty and rude. When I said I would like to report the driver who was untruthful, she said she can't do that. I said well let me speak to the driver. She said she couldn't do that. Now I'm getting upset because every question I asked her was responded with a sarcastic answer. Extremely frustrated, I said this is unacceptable & poor customer service. I said I did put my garbage out and this was the 4th day. I spelled my street name to her to make sure they got the right street.She said, ""Ma'm I know how to spell your street!"". I asked her why she was being sarcastic. She said, ""Ma'am you are raising your voice and that usually means the customer didn't put the garbage curbside so there is nothing I can do"". I said I did put the garbage out and she said, ?Well there is nothing we can do, we will pick it up Monday? and hung up on me. I felt like a kid trying to prove my innocence. If you HAVE or WERE considering getting them as your disposal service, please do not. I have discontinued my service and the new disposal company is courteous, honest and reliable. These drivers are very polite and tidy. I have never had a missed pick-up while with this company. My only concern with this operation is the ""woman"" in the office. I have been by several times to pay my bill and she is never there. The people that are in the office cant take my money or tell me what time exactly she will be in. Terrible Customer Service 4/4/2007

After having been a patient customer of this company for several years, I finally gave up and canceled their service. At least 8-10 times they missed us altogether and would then say the trash was not out there, when in fact, each and every time I put it out the night before. Pros: None. Cons: Incompetent. more
