I drove by the Finished For 14 billboard on I-15 and decided to call Bob for an estimate on our basement. Bob was the first person to bid the project so we shopped around. We looked at sub-contracting the project ourself, contacted neighbors that did similar work, and also reached out to other basement companies in the area. Bob was very easy to speak with during the proposal process and his estimate was well below that of the competition. We were hesitant to choose Finished For 14, believing that the final price would be increased as the project went on. Well, today we made our final payment and we were wrong. The project was right on budget!
During the construction process, we primarily worked with Todd and Brian. They were easy to contact and always gave us an immediate call back if we left a message. Nobody ever tried to talk us out of changes or make decisions for us during the construction process. They left us in complete control of design changes and made helpful recommendations for improving the layout.
If I were to re-do the basement tomorrow, I would do the exact same layout and use Finished For 14. They have my full support and recommendation. Thank you guys!....
