I just received excellent service from Cross Keys Exxon service station. I got something stuck in my tire (nail/bolt) on a Sunday morning, and Cross Keys was the closest service station. Although they were closed, the attendant at the gas station suggested that I could come in the next morning and they'd take care of me right away. The next morning, I went to the Mr. Tire closest to my house and got terrible customer service from the second I walked into the door. After saying that they could maybe get to my car at some point in the day, I took my business back to Cross Keys. They got me in right away, fixed it quickly, the price was incredibly reasonable, and everyone I dealt with was friendly. I highly recommend Cross Keys Exxon (and absolutely do not recommend Mr. Tire).
