there prices always seem to be higher than the other gas stations in the area? more

I just received excellent service from Cross Keys Exxon service station. I got something stuck in my tire (nail/bolt) on a Sunday morning, and Cross Keys was the closest service station. Although they were closed, the attendant at the gas station suggested that I could come in the next morning and they'd take care of me right away. The next morning, I went to the Mr. Tire closest to my house and got terrible customer service from the second I walked into the door. After saying that they could maybe get to my car at some point in the day, I took my business back to Cross Keys. They got me in right away, fixed it quickly, the price was incredibly reasonable, and everyone I dealt with was friendly. I highly recommend Cross Keys Exxon (and absolutely do not recommend Mr. Tire). more

This place is awesome, I've never had a technician explain everything and talk about options for fixing the car. They are courteous and fast! I've dealt with a lot of shady repair shops in Baltimore and need to look no further. Just call and talk to Mike! Pros: Explanations, speed, they call you and email you, the customer is valued. Cons: None. more

As I was checking the oil the auto shut off failed and pumed 6 gallons of gas onto the pavement. I was charged the extra 12.00 dollars and told the owner would call me. No call yet! Ruined a pair of shoes as well. Not very happy! I'm GASSED!!! more

I think this is the best service I've ever had at an auto shop! (Believe me, I've been to tons!) Mike and his team were friendly, efficient, not overpriced and Mike himself really took the time to explain everything to me. I really felt taken care of.....thanks guys!
