Management is never in the office. Nothing gets fixed. They dont do background checks on people, so god knows what kinda neighbors you will end up with. Rent gets raised on a month to month basis (Even when they tell you it wont be raised). Mold is a very big issue with these apartments. There are only three trash cans located on the complex for 152 apartments that are always full. The owner will not contact you if there is an issue. If you want a hassle free and safe place to live I would not move here.
