Crown Point Apartments

I have to say living here with my family has it positives and downsides. For one, the apartments are have tons of space, especially for a one bedroom, it is excellent. It is convenient as far as not going far for shopping or other needs. The downsides are that there are no background checks. People are not very friendly for neighbors, and there are a lot of questionable people that come and go through here. Having kids here I would not recommend. The pool space is a bit small, but they do upkeep it pretty well. There are not many garbage dumps nearby. The office staff can be nice, depends on how you are as far as paying your rent etc. Noise is always a problem for other neighbors. A positive is there is a lot of law inforcement, but then again that can be a bad thing. All in all I recommend a single person or a couple with no kids living here. more

Management is never in the office. Nothing gets fixed. They dont do background checks on people, so god knows what kinda neighbors you will end up with. Rent gets raised on a month to month basis (Even when they tell you it wont be raised). Mold is a very big issue with these apartments. There are only three trash cans located on the complex for 152 apartments that are always full. The owner will not contact you if there is an issue. If you want a hassle free and safe place to live I would not move here. more
