I recently took my PS3 to Reapers for service. Their senior technician Gary started working on my system as soon as I walked in. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and it was obvious he?d worked on hundreds of PS3s at the rate he was disassembling, diagnosing and then repairing my system. Gary determined the blu-ray laser on my PS3 had burned out. He had the correct laser replacement in stock and was able to swap out the laser, clean the entire PS3 and reassemble/test everything in around an hour. I will definitely be back for any future PS3 service needs.
