DO NOT Shop here! Terrible cusomer service, poor poor business sense. Drove all the way up to Colorado Mills Mall from Castle Rock 40+ min because I had been a customer of this store previously, but NEVER again! I was looking for a new laptop bag and was pretty much set on buying a bag today. But after my girlfried took a photo of a bag she liked he muttered something about no scanning the bags. Upon asking for claification on what he was trying to tell us. He said get the F-bomb out of the store. Why not just cleary explain if the store has a no picture policy or no scanning policy. Or how about just asking us if we needed help finding something. I hope that COJ will realize the customer has many choices. Their products are marked up so high that they don't want you knowing and to make it worse after you make an overpriced purchase they aren't going to let you return it from what others are saying here. So plain and simple don't waste your time or money at COJ Baggage.
