If you go to a restaurant because you believe that good service is part of the experience, don???t go to Plaza Mexico. Average food, terrible service. First, the water tasted like something was growing in it. Food took forever to get to us and our entrees for four people were brought out in waves over a ten-minute period. Also, I ordered the chimichanga because I wanted shredded beef and it was ground beef. After dinner when I complained about the timing of the food delivery, they offered 10% off a SINGLE entre! The when I told them I was disappointed in that offer, they offered another 80 cents off and then told me they don???t want customers like me. It???s a dirty little dive that should have that would be embarrassing if it was in any other neighborhood. Take your business elsewhere ??? the food is not that good to put up with service like that.
