We have purchased shoes from here in the past and had not had an issue until just recently. I purchased a pair of North Face shoes for Christmas that I took with me on vacation. The first day that I wore them, the stitch in the toe started to come undone. By the end of the 10 day trip, the stitch was completely exposed. I took the shoes back to the store 13 days after I purchased them and was told that I abused them, and that they would not issue a full credit. They would give me 80% of the previous value to be used on any other shoe. I think it's a little ridiculous that after less than 2 weeks they are not willing to guarantee their shoes. I find it even crazier that they believe that I purposely damaged the shoes. I will not be back.
