If no stars was an option, that is what I would have given D&S. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a service company. They ordered parts without my authorization, and when they arrived and I said I didn't want them (why would I...I could literally by a new range for the price of installing this one part), the owner said that ""Somone's gonna pay for this, and it ain't gonna be me."" So he went ahead and charged me an extra $377 for the part...surprised he didn't tack on the labor that was never done, too. Not to mention, this repair was to fix a burner that D&S had repaired only a few month's back...But they said that the warranty had run on the parts, and we had to pay full price (of course, they told me this only after the technician had come out to diagnose the issue). Moral of this story: STAY AWAY FROM D&S!!!!
