Made an appointment over the phone, asked -ASKED- if they accepted my insurance and they said yes, then when I get there they tell me they dont. I told him them thats why I asked over the phone..then they have the audacity to tell me ""No, one wouldve told you that."" So I'm lying? At any rate I needed to transfer my prescription and they only authorized two contract lenses to refill because my prescription was about to expire. I've always been able to get a complete box of my prescription as long as its within the year, but I guess not with these guys.
