The company I used to use was sold to an out-of-state owner, and I wasn't too happy with them. After the first visit with K B Complete Plumbing Heating, I needed to replace my furnace. Everything went fine but I did have a problem with the installation. The supervisor came in and looked with the technician and turned the situation around. I am very pleased with him. K B Complete Plumbing Heating replaced my furnace and offered me a deal to replace my air conditioner, so I did both at the same time. This week, I had another problem and K B Complete Plumbing Heating sent someone out on the same day to take care of the problem. I am pleased with K B Complete Plumbing Heating!
