terrible service. i have to call every other week just to get my trash picked up. they took over from another disposal company last year and never informed their new customers that a new company had taken over or that some things changed like the billing date. then they proceeded to not collect my trash for two weeks. at the two week point i called and then i was informed that the company had changed. no explanation was given as to why my trash had not been picked up for 2 weeks (st this point it was three weeks) I was told that my account was past due but nobody ever told me i was past due before and for that matter if i had still been with the other company I would have been notified that I was past due. this is a three month in advance billing so I had been accustomed to paying my bill within the first month of the three month billing cycle. I think that i should have been at least informed that collection would stop after the first few days of the billing cycle. funny that I really thought thats why they didn't collect my trash, well it turns out not picking up trash for their customers is the way they operate. After I paid my bill and they collected the trash after three weeks they again failed to pick the trash up two weeks later. of course I called to find out why and I was told that they notified everyone that the collection day had been changed from Wednesday to Tuesday. I told them I was not notified and to please send someone the following day to collect the trash because I was across town and could not go back home to put the cans back out. I was assured someone would be there the next day to get the trash. I called home the following day to check with my son who gets home at around two forty five to see if the trash had been collected he said no. so I called the company and they said ""we sent someone yesterday and the cans were not out"" WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had informed them the day before that there was no one home to put the cans back out. I guess they didn't want to break their record of non collection by intentionally sending a collector to pick up cans that they knew were not there. now here we are in the fourth week of a brand new year and my trash has been collected once in those four weeks in a weekly collection cycle. this is by far the worst service I have ever had.
