terrible service. i have to call every other week just to get my trash picked up. they took over from another disposal company last year and never informed their new customers that a new company had taken over or that some things changed like the billing date. then they proceeded to not collect my trash for two weeks. at the two week point i called and then i was informed that the company had changed. no explanation was given as to why my trash had not been picked up for 2 weeks (st this point it was three weeks) I was told that my account was past due but nobody ever told me i was past due before and for that matter if i had still been with the other company I would have been notified that I was past due. this is a three month in advance billing so I had been accustomed to paying my bill within the first month of the three month billing cycle. I think that i should have been at least informed that collection would stop after the first few days of the billing cycle. funny that I really thought thats why they didn't collect my trash, well it turns out not picking up trash for their customers is the way they operate. After I paid my bill and they collected the trash after three weeks they again failed to pick the trash up two weeks later. of course I called to find out why and I was told that they notified everyone that the collection day had been changed from Wednesday to Tuesday. I told them I was not notified and to please send someone the following day to collect the trash because I was across town and could not go back home to put the cans back out. I was assured someone would be there the next day to get the trash. I called home the following day to check with my son who gets home at around two forty five to see if the trash had been collected he said no. so I called the company and they said ""we sent someone yesterday and the cans were not out"" WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had informed them the day before that there was no one home to put the cans back out. I guess they didn't want to break their record of non collection by intentionally sending a collector to pick up cans that they knew were not there. now here we are in the fourth week of a brand new year and my trash has been collected once in those four weeks in a weekly collection cycle. this is by far the worst service I have ever had. more

Twice this company has taken more then a week to pick up trash on our street. Once it was due to a holiday the second time I suppose it was due to snow. They don't bother calling, emailing, writing anyone to tell them the reason why their trash pickup is being delayed. Cons: never know when your trash will be picked up more

The best word I can think of to describe my experiences with them.They claim to be a ""hometown"" company but the bill comes form California.This may be why I have had problems.I admit I paid my bill late this quarter.But this doesn't explain why 13 days after my check was cashed in California,Wells Fargo is the bank they use. They came and took away there bin.When I called and left my address and said they came and mistakenly took it,they still did not return it.I have a job so I can't call them during their hours or be home if they call back but I left a message twice.I told them that 13 days earlier the billing address cashed my check and gave them the date.They could have called California to see I was telling the truth.Maybe if they stayed local it would help.
