I have been coming to Cherry Creek Family Practice for over ten years. I think only one person knows me by name (after 10 years is sad) The office staff is very very rude and uncaring. It takes days to refill a Rx, and I have had to call and follow up numerous times just to make sure it happens. It is ridiculous. When I do call, I am always put on hold for about 5-10 minutes. The office staff is so rude that they are almost mean. I like Dr. Kreutter but still am not completely satisfied with my treatment. She is the only one that even seems to care a little. I was asked about a year ago to write a good review on this site because the ratings were low. I'm guessing they asked every long time patient to write a good review since there are so many now, and they are rated 4.5 out of 5 stars. I can honestly say that I don't think they would get those kind of ratings if every patient gave a review and rating. I do not like to write bad things but I am so fed up. I am looking for a new Doctor......mostly because of the front office staff.
